Hot Chocolate Mix
Whip 1 pint whipping cream until very soft.
Mix together and add slowly to the whipped cream:
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cocoa
Whip together until well mixed. It will be the consistency of a thick pudding.
Add 1 large spoonful to 1 cup steaming milk.
Add marshmallows or stir with a candy cane.
Store covered in the refrigerator.
